We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shopparex.com.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties, taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) for international orders to Saudi Arabia are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
