SHOPPAREX currently ships to the following locations:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Saudi Arabia (KSA)
We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Saudi Arabia orders: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days

📦 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
SHOPPAREX is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders shipped to Saudi Arabia. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. SHOPPAREX is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
❌ Lost or Damaged Shipments
SHOPPAREX is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you accordingly.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until the issue is resolved.
